ObamacareFail - Health Law Provision for Small Business Is Delayed

In Silicon Valley they would call this "failure to execute"--and it has sunk many a startup. That's usually the end of the story--unless the "startup" is a government program--unfortunately we are (thanks to the US Supreme Court) trapped in this "tax" scheme to deliver health care--and the Obama administration has dropped the ball--

Oh well. Nevermind. Health care costs are skyrocketing. Full time employment is dropping (due to the costs of Obamacare)--WTF!
